2. Refund Eligibility

A. Project Cancellation Before Start

If a project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

B. Project Cancellation After Work Has Begun

  • If less than 25% of the work has been completed, the client is eligible for a partial refund, typically up to 50% of the total project cost.

  • If 25% to 50% of the work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work delivered.

  • If more than 50% of the work has been completed, a refund will not be issued, as significant time and resources have already been invested.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered and approved by the client.

  • Digital marketing campaigns where services were executed as agreed (results may vary depending on platform algorithms, audience behavior, and external factors).

  • Subscription-based services or third-party purchases (e.g., hosting, premium plugins, ad credits).

  • Delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or late approvals from the client.


4. Revisions and Adjustments

We prioritize client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions to ensure the final output aligns with expectations. Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for revision or refund.


5. Project Cancellation by Evanic Freelancing Solutions

If, for any reason, we are unable to complete a project due to internal factors, a full or pro-rated refund will be provided along with any completed work or files to date.
